5 Panel Urine Drug Test plus Urine Alchol Test
Non-DOT 5 panel urine drug screen plus alcohol screens for the following:
- Cocaine
- Marijuana
- PCP (angel dust)
- Amphetamines (including Methamphetamines)
- Opiates (including Heroin)
- Urine Alcohol - 12 hour look-back
This test is administered at our clinic. Same day walk-ins are available at no extra charge.
Results are available in one to two business days for negative screens. We will send you your results, signed by our physician, via email. If the screen is not negative, we will subject the specimen to a confirmation test. This can take up to five business days.
