Select the test(s) you'd like to purchase.
Once all the tests you need have been added to your shopping cart, select "Checkout".
You will then be asked to input information including the name of the person to be tested/examined, their email and phone number as well as the city, state and zip code of their desired testing location. Select "Submit".
You will then be asked for your credit card details. Select "Submit" (we utilize authorize.net payment gateway for ultimate credit card security and are rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau, so you can feel confident in your purchase).
Your purchase is now complete. You will receive an email confirming your purchase and then a second email with your registration code and a list of collection sites closest to your location. (You can also use the "Find Nearby Locations" search feature on the home page to identify nearby locations before your purchase).
Simply bring the email on your device or printed to the location of your choice.
